Hello All,
Since we now have the Strategic areas - and I have the morning off- I took the liberty of matching up each of the SWOTs into a Strategic Area. While this product is not required for the Strategic plan per se, I thought it would be a good exercise just to make sure each SWOT flowed into a Strategic Area. I cut and pasted each SWOT into the area I thought it corresponded to.
There were 3 SWOTs that I could not easily identify a Strategic Area for. Will you look at them and give your thoughts as to under what strategic area they should go or if we should keep them if they do not flow into a strategic area. Thanks, Cathy Felty- 1.MLIS certified SLMC 2.No written customer service policy
